Logitech introduced an advanced universal remote control the Logitech Harmony 1100, to supervise the work of a variety of devices in a modern "digital" house.
 This is a newer version of the Logitech Harmony 1000 remote control and it is equipped with a 3.5-inch diagonal touch screen, which allows quickly select the appropriate commands to control various home appliances, including televisions, DVD-players, AV-receivers, recorders, etc. The function of the Logitech Internet-install, as noted by the developers, simplifies at maximum the initial setup of the device. In the daily updated Logitech online database is provided information on more than 225 thousand devices, from about five thousand brands.Harmony 1100 can replace up to a dozen and a half conventional remote controls.
